Client: Any individual or entity intending to avail travel-related services from Greenland Journey Pvt. Ltd.
Services: Any travel, tour, or holiday-related products offered by the company.
Tour Cost: The total amount payable by the client for the selected travel services.
Clients are required to pay at least 50% of the total tour cost at the time of booking or up to 30 days prior to the travel date, as per the invoice terms.
In certain cases, depending on the nature of the tour, hotels, flights, or special arrangements, full or higher advance payment may be required. Such conditions will be clearly communicated before confirmation.
All payments must be made through official payment channels in Indian Rupees (INR). Any bank charges, currency conversion fees, or transaction charges will be borne by the client.
Greenland Journey Pvt. Ltd. may allow payments in installments depending on the package and booking conditions.
Payments made by any third party on behalf of the client do not create any direct service relationship between the company and such third party.
Cancellation charges will be applicable based on the time of cancellation before the tour start date:

Certain components such as flights, hotels, or special bookings may be non-refundable. These will be informed at the time of booking.
Any changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges as per supplier policies.
Greenland Journey Pvt. Ltd. acts only as an intermediary between clients and service providers (airlines, hotels, transporters, etc.) and is not liable for delays, cancellations, or issues caused by third parties or unforeseen circumstances.
The company shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond control, including natural disasters, strikes, political disturbances, pandemics, or government restrictions.

By booking with Greenland Journey Pvt. Ltd., the client agrees to all the above terms and conditions.
